As the ball is whirling around the roulette wheel, put your chips down on your favorite numbers, color (red or black), or a combination of the two.
You can bet on the numbers:

| Watch the ball bounce around until it comes to a stop on a single number, then see if you’ve won! |
| At the start of each round, place your chips in the squares on the numbered table layout to make your bets. You can choose to make “inside bets,” “outside bets,” or both. Inside bets are made on individual numbers or small groups of numbers on the inside of the table. Outside bets are placed on the outer edges of the table. You can bet that any red number will come up, or any black number. Or odd or even numbers. Or big groups of numbers. |
